Hayble values users’ personal information and processes personal information related to the use of the 「heyday」 app as described below.

1. Personal Information We Collect
「heyday」 does not provide sign-up or login features, and Hayble does not separately collect information that can directly identify users, such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
English diary entries and text data created by users are stored by default on the user’s device and are not transmitted to or stored on Hayble’s separate servers.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
Hayble processes information only to the extent necessary for the following purposes.
- Providing speech recognition features
- Used to convert the user’s voice input through the microphone into text.
- Hayble does not collect or store voice data on its own servers.
- However, depending on the processing method of the device operating system or speech recognition provider, voice data may be processed on the servers of external speech recognition service providers such as Apple or Google.
- Providing notification features
- Used to provide in-app notification features, such as diary writing reminders.
- Improving app stability
- Minimal information may be processed as necessary to check app errors, improve service quality, and prevent misuse.
3. Provision to Third Parties and Use of External Services
Hayble does not directly sell or arbitrarily provide users’ personal information to third parties.
4. Retention and Deletion of Personal Information
Hayble does not provide a sign-up feature and does not store personally identifiable information on separate servers.
- Voice input data: Temporarily used to provide the speech recognition feature and is not stored on Hayble’s servers.
- English diary entries and written text: Stored on the user’s device and may be deleted together when the app is deleted.
- Notification permission information: Can be changed at any time in the user’s device settings.
Users can delete app data stored on their device by deleting the app.
5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
