PopNotes ("the App") is provided by HAYBLE. This policy explains what information the App handles.

1. Information we do not collect

   • The App has no sign-up or login. We do not collect your name, email, phone number or contacts.
   • Your notes, diary pages, photos, stickers and settings are stored only on your device. We cannot see them.

2. Features that work on your device

   • Photos: only photos you choose are used, to add to notes or make stickers. Photo cut-out and handwriting recognition run on your device. Content is not sent to us.
   • Reminders: daily reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device.
   • Backup: if you use backup, files are saved to your own iCloud Drive or Google Drive account. We do not have access to them.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

   • The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, ad interaction and diagnostic data.
   • In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice anytime in Settings > Privacy options.
   • How Google uses data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
   • PopNotes+ subscribers do not see ads.

4. Purchases

   • Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your payment information. The App only checks whether a purchase is active.

5. Your choices

   • You can delete all data by deleting the App. You can reset your advertising ID or limit ad tracking in your device settings.

6. Changes

   • We may update this policy when the App or the law changes. Updates will be posted on this page.
